Sam Trammell is an American stage, film and television actor, best known for starring as Sam Merlotte in the vampire series "True Blood". He's a graduate from Brown University, Providence, Rhode Island, USA, and the Sorbonne, Paris, France, with a Bachelor of Arts in Semiotics.
